The Tulane Law School Sports Law program, directed by Professor Gabe Feldman, provides students with academic and extra-curricular experience  to understand and handle problems unique to the sports industry.  The program has many different components, each designed to give students the opportunity to learn, experience, discuss, and debate the application of law to the sports industry and to pursue a career in sports law. Marquette University Law School’s Sports Law program provides sports law courses and student internships with sports organizations as well as opportunities to become a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review and the Baseball Arbitration, Sports Law Negotiation, and Sports Law Moot Court teams.  The curriculum is designed to provide law students with both a theoretical and practical education concerning legal regulation of the United States amateur and professional sports industries as well as an understanding of Olympic, international, and comparative sports law issues.
